Naan Pizza with Italian Sausage

- Plain Naan Bread
- Arrabbiata Sauce
- ½ lb Italian Sausage
- ½ Yellow Onion - diced
- Mozzarella Cheese - shredded
- Parmesan cheese - shredded
- Dried Parsley - for garnish
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Sauté the Onion and brown the Italian Sausage.
Spread the arrabbiata over the Naan, leaving space around the edges as a crust.
Top with the sausage and onion mix, then sprinkle both kinds of cheese.
Bake the Pizza on the bottom rack for about 10-15 minutes, then broil for about 1-½ minutes. Remove the pizzas, slice, and serve.
- I recommend using the original flavored Naan, as the garlic is a little overpowering with the other ingredients.
- Freshly shredded cheese is always better for melting, especially on pizza. However, pre-shredded cheese will work fine if you don't have time.
