Preheat Grill/Smoker/Oven to 500°F with the pizza stone inside.

Transfer dough ball to a well oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for one hour.
Remove Dough ball and knead for about 5 minutes or until firm and strong.
Using floured hands or a rolling pin roll the dough out into a flat circle and curl edges to create an outer crust.
Add your favorite toppings.
Place on the preheated pizza stone and cook for 15-20 minutes or until desired crust color and texture has been reached.
Remove, Slice, and Serve!
- To add even more flavor to this pizza, brush the crust with some easy garlic butter halfway through the cooking time.
- This recipe is specific to a longer cooking time at a lower temperature than a pizza Oven such as the Ooni pizza oven, where the pizza would cook in 2 minutes at a much higher temperature.
