Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Salted Butter Softened at Room Temp
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir the ingredients until smooth and creamy, with no clumps.

Use softened butter, not melted. Softened butter is key for that light, whipped texture. If the butter is melted, the mixture won’t hold air and will turn greasy instead of fluffy.
Whip longer than you think. Beating the butter for an extra minute or two incorporates air and gives you that restaurant-style, spreadable texture.
Adjust sweetness to taste. Texas Roadhouse butter is lightly sweet, not sugary. Start with less honey and powdered sugar, then adjust as needed.
