Banana's Foster Banana Pudding
By mixing three different desserts together I have come up with this incredibly easy crowd pleaser! A Banana's Foster, Banana Cheesecake, and Banana Pudding mashup all served beautifully in individual wine glasses.

For the Crust
- 1 ¾ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ Cup White Sugar
- ½ Cup Salted Butter - Melted
For the Pudding
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 ¾ Cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
For the Whipped Cream
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
For the Banana's Foster
- ¼ Cup Butter
- ⅔ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 ½ tablespoon Banana Liqueur
- 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Bananas - Sliced
- ¼ Cup Walnuts - Chopped
For the Crust
Preheat Oven to 350°.
In a mixing bowl combine Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
Press mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan.
Bake for about 6 minutes.
For the Pudding
Whisk milk and Pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Add softened cream cheese and mix using a stand or hand mixer.
Place in fridge until ready to use.
For the Whipped Cream
Using a stand or hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed about 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks begin to form.
Place in Fridge and chill until ready to use.
For the Banana's Foster
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Mix in sugar, Liqueur, vanilla and cinnamon.
When mixture starts to bubble add the bananas and walnuts stirring to cover.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until Bananas are hot.
