Banana's Foster Banana Pudding

By mixing three different desserts together I have come up with this incredibly easy crowd pleaser! A Banana's Foster, Banana Cheesecake, and Banana Pudding mashup all served beautifully in individual wine glasses.

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 ¾ Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup White Sugar
  • ½ Cup Salted Butter - Melted

For the Pudding

  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 ¾ Cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

For the Whipped Cream

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

For the Banana's Foster

  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 ½ tablespoon Banana Liqueur
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Bananas - Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Walnuts - Chopped

Instructions

For the Crust

  • Preheat Oven to 350°.
  • In a mixing bowl combine Graham Cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan.
  • Bake for about 6 minutes.

For the Pudding

  • Whisk milk and Pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add softened cream cheese and mix using a stand or hand mixer.
  • Place in fridge until ready to use.

For the Whipped Cream

  • Using a stand or hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed about 3-4 minutes or until stiff peaks begin to form.
  • Place in Fridge and chill until ready to use.

For the Banana's Foster

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Mix in sugar, Liqueur, vanilla and cinnamon.
  • When mixture starts to bubble add the bananas and walnuts stirring to cover.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until Bananas are hot.

LAYER INGREDIENTS INTO WINE GLASSES

  • Layer however you prefer!
