- 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ½ Cup Pimento Peppers
- ½ Cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich
- Cook the bacon in the air fryer at 400°f for five minutes to quickly crips it up.
- Feel free to try using mild cheddar or extra sharp cheddar as well. This can definitely change the flavor a bit.
- I recommend the deli sliced roasted red bell peppers. It's much easier than roasting your own, and they still have a lot of flavor.
