Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup Pimento Peppers
  • ½ Cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Instructions

Pimento Cheese

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together being sure to leave some texture to it.

Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich

  • Butter two pieces of bread, spread the pimento cheese onto one piece and place on a . Place 1 piece of bacon broken in half then top that with one slice of fresh tomato. Top with the other slice of bread and grill as you would a regular grilled cheese.

Notes

  • Cook the bacon in the air fryer at 400°f for five minutes to quickly crips it up.
  • Feel free to try using mild cheddar or extra sharp cheddar as well. This can definitely change the flavor a bit.
  • I recommend the deli sliced roasted red bell peppers. It's much easier than roasting your own, and they still have a lot of flavor.
