Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
  • ½ tablespoon White Vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add all the ingredients and whisk to be sure everything is well incorporated.
  • Bring to a slow boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool before transferring it to a squeeze bottle or mason jar, then place it in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • While it may seem counterintuitive to add white vinegar and apple cider vinegar, I recommend this, as using just one or the other slightly changes the flavor.
  • If you have a cooking blender, you can save time using the purée setting instead of making this on the stove.
  • I like to transfer the Arby's sauce to a squeeze bottle for easier storage and use. Plus, it will be good in the fridge for about 4-5 days.
