Horsey Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer to a squeeze bottle or mason jar and refrigerate for up to a week.

Notes

  • Be sure to use real horseradish and not horseradish sauce or creamed horseradish.
  • If you prefer horsey sauce a bit spicier with more of a kick, add more horseradish to taste.
  • I prefer putting my Horsey sauce in a squeeze bottle for easier use. But it can certainly be in a bowl and spooned out as well.
