Bananas Foster
- ¼ Cup Salted Butter
- ⅔ Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 ½ tablespoon Banana Liqueur
- 1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Bananas - sliced

- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 3.03 Oz Sonic Banana Shake Pudding Mix
- 3 tablespoon Sugar

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Mix in sugar, Liqueur, vanilla and cinnamon.
When mixture starts to bubble add the bananas.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until Bananas are hot.
Bananas Foster Ice Cream
Place glass pitcher on the base.
Pour in the milk, cream cheese, pudding mix, sugar, and bananas foster.
Press the Frozen dessert button.
Once the blender is complete pour into deli food storage freezer containers and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Dark rum is one of the main ingredients when making traditional Bananas Foster. It's not necessary in this recipe; however, feel free to add it if you prefer.
- Be sure to let the cream cheese soften and come to room temperature before mixing all ingredients.
- When serving, you might want to set your bananas foster ice cream in the fridge to soften for about 30 minutes.
